Tour Overview:
See the best of South Korea on one convenient trip thanks to this 3-day, 2-night, comprehensive tour. Get a closer look at the country’s cuisine, culture, and history as you explore highlights including Daejeon, Suncheon, Busan, Gyeongju, Pyeongchang, Yeosu, a tea ceremony with a Buddhist monk, and much more.

  • Meet your guide at the parking lot in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop Building, near the Gwanghwamun Intersection, Seoul, at 8:00.
  • Transfer to Gongju (130 km/approx 1 hr 30 min) to explore the history of the Baekje Dynasty at King Muryeong’s Tomb (UNESCO) and Gongsanseong Fortress (UNESCO), a mountain fortress from the Baekje period.
  • Continue to Jeonju (80 km / approx. 1 hr) to visit Jeonju Hanok Village, home to around 700 traditional Korean houses known as hanok.
  • Accommodation: Jeonju Lahan Hotel or similar
  • After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Gwangju (100 km / approx. 1 hr 30 min), a leading city of the Honam region and an important center of Korea’s modern democratic movement.
  • Visit the May 18th National Cemetery.
  • Continue to Suncheon (100 km / approx. 1 hr) to visit Suncheon Bay National Garden.
  • Please note: On the last Monday of every month, the garden is closed and will be replaced with Naganeupseong Folk Village or Suncheon Open Film Set.
  • Transfer to Yeosu (38 km / approx. 40 min), a romantic coastal city, and visit Yi Sun-sin Square. Check in at your hotel.
  • Accommodation: Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Yeosu (or similar)
  • After a delicious breakfast, transfer to Jinjuseong Fortress, which is historically linked to the Japanese invasion in 1592.
  • Move to Busan (100Km/ 1.5hrs) and arrive at Gimhae Domestic Airport (Join Point).
  • Depart from Gimhae Domestic Airport (1st floor, Bus Ticket Office).
  • The tour will conclude with a drop-off at Busan Train Station at around 13:00.
